Dogs in running homes.
How to adopt a training partner.

From time to time we get dogs that would make good running partners.

With a dedicated running home we can relax our criteria for companion dog adoption as the dog will get regular, stimulating exercise on a daily basis which allows it to interact with its owner.

It's not simply a matter of running with the dog, it's taking the dog on as a training partner and working together to get fit as a team.

We often have dogs who have been assessed as specifically looking for running homes:-

That is to say, we have some dogs through our care who's life revolves around running that would be suitable for people who want a dedicated training partner.

We always have dogs looking for new homes and most Border Collies love to run, even if they don't want to make a career out of it!

If you are looking for specific running partner for serious training or competitive events or if you are just looking for a dog that love to run so you can keep fit and have fun, why not get in touch for a chat?

If you want to find out more about our adoption process and how to register with us and apply for a dog, visit our main website - www.bordercollierescue.org/adoption
